Central Government of India has allowed online application form for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban poor through commom service centers across the country. The online application form for PMAY-HFA Urban are currently invited through 60000 CSC`s in urban area in the country.
The aim of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Housing Scheme to provide housing units to all urban poor by 2022. The total tally of houses has been reach to more than 1 crore under PMAY housing scheme in recent 50th meeting of Central Sanctioning and Monitoring committee (CSMC).

- Now Track Assessment form will open as shown below

- Select By Name, Father`s Name & Mobile No. or By Assessment ID
- Enter State Name, District Name, City Name, Name, Father Name and Mobile No. and click on submit option

- By Assessment Id option, enter Assessment ID & Mobile No then click on Submit option
- Now Application status will display on screen
