Tamil Nadu Housing Board invites applications from middle income group of the society for the allotment of 47 plots in Sevvapet Phase-III Scheme. The scheme is located near to Chennai-Thiruvallur National Highway. It is a new residential plot scheme of TNHB, offering a plot size in the range of 1410 square feet to 2660 square feet.
The cost of plot in the new housing scheme of TNHB varies from Rs. 9,17,000/- which goes upto Rs. 17,29,000/-. In this regard, a notification is published on the official website of tnhb at https://tnhb.tn.gov.in/.

How to Apply:
Applications and registration for plot in the scheme has been started from 30 August 2016 and the last date of application submissoin is 29 September 2016. Application form and other information regarding to the scheme can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer & Administrative Officer, Thirumazhisai Satellite Town Division, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, No.792, TKSPM Towers (First Floor), Trunk Road, Poonamallee, Chennai-600056. Application can only be obtained between 10.30 A.M. to 2.00 P.M in office working days within the registration period. Application form to be submitted along with registration fees and initial deposit. The cost of applicaiton form is Rs. 320/- which can also be obtained by post by paying a cost of Rs. 420/-.
