Tamil Nadu Housing Board invites application from general public for the golden opportunity to avail Rs. 2.20 lakh subsidy under TNHB new housing scheme 2017 at Ayapakkam, Ambattur Phase I & II. This scheme has around 336 LIG flats in Stilt+4 building which are under construction.
These flats are being offered under Self Finance Scheme. This is a demand assessment of TN Housing Board.
Under the scheme, bank loans will be arranged to the selected applicants through TNHB from Bank like
IIFL through the central government’s Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

Registration Process:
Application form for the registration of flats in the scheme can be purchased from Office of the Executive Engineer and Administrative Officer, J.J.Nagar Division, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, TNHB Shopping Complex, 3rd Floor,Thirumangalam, Chennai-600101.
And dully completed form to be submitted in the same place along with initial deposit which be paid through demand draft in favor of Executive Engineer and Administrative Officer, J.J.Nagar Division, TNHB, Chennai 101, payable at Chennai.
