Tamil Nadu Housing Board launched TNHB Ambattur housing scheme 2017 at JJ Nagar Division. This time TNHB launched three housing scheme at different location for sale of housing units available for lower income group and middle income group. And majority of flats in these scheme are available for LIG category.
The Ambatture housing scheme has offering 2394 flats for lower income group available in stilt + 19 floors building. The project is located at Ambattur Scheme Phase-IV, Chennai and application are being invited on first come first serve basis.
2BHK flats are available for sale in the scheme having a size of 58.20 Sq.Mt. or 627 sq.ft.
TNHB Ambattur housing scheme 2017 is very close to Ambathur Railway station and Ambattur Industrial Estate Bus Terminus and just 5 kilo meter away from Koyambedu CMBT Bus Terminus and 2 KM from J.J.Nagar West Velammal School & DAV School.
