2-BHK Housing Scheme: Launching date of 2BHK Housing Scheme of TRS (Telangana Rashtra Samithi) Government has been set and would be launched the eve of Dassehra on 22 October 2015 in all 119 assembly constituencies.
The CM and TRS President K Chandrashekar Rao directed the party MLAs and MLCs to take major steps for launching the scheme in their constituencies on priority basis.
In the meeting of Legislature Party held at Telangana Bhawan in which he said that the legislators should sit with the district officials to identify government lands to boost the scheme at any cost. Mr. Rao told the MLAs and MLCs to work extensively to ensure that the common man can take the benefit of the scheme. And further he said that if any deserving person who missed out on pension, ration card, or some other scheme, the legislator should immediately take up the issue with concerned official and get the job done, so that the person can take the benefits of the scheme.
He also asked the legislators to completing works related to drinking water grid, mission Kakatiya in their respective regions. The work of expediting pipeline should also be aimed on priority basis. He reminded the party member about his promise to contest 2019 elections only if the Water Grid project was completed.
In the press conference the Home Minister Naini Narasimha Reddy stated that Dubbaka, Siddipet, Gajwel, Jangaon, Aler, Bhongir, Station Ghanpur constituencies would reap benefits of Water Grid project within a year.
