Tamil Nadu Housing Board invites application for the allotment of flats at Sathuvachari Vellore Neighborhood Scheme Phase-V under Self Finance Scheme. Under the scheme, the TNHB has offering 64 HIG (Stilt+4) flats.
The plinth area of a unit is varies from 84.98 square meter to 91.56 square meter and the tentative cost of flat is varies from Rs. 35,08,000/- to Rs. 37,80,000/-.

The project is located at a distance of 2 kilometer from District Collectorate, District Court and CMC Hospital and other district level offices. The site is just 7 kilometer distanced from railway station and 4 kilometer away from bus stand.
How to Apply: Registration for the scheme has been started from 5 October 2015 and the application form can be purchased at the cost of Rs. 560/- from the Office of the Executive Engineer & Administrative Officer, Vellore Housing Unit, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Sathuvachari, Phase-I, Vellore-632009. And the application can also be obtained through post at the cost of Rs. 660/-.
The application forms to be submitted at the same venue mentioned above along with the initial deposit of 5% of tentative cost of a unit. The initial amount can be submitted through cash or demand draft in favor of Executive Engineer & Administrative Officer, Vellore Housing Unit payable at vellore.
Payment Options:
- Selected applicants should pay the 5% amount within 21 days from the date of receipt of allotment order.
Balance 90% payment to be remitted as detailed below:
- 25% of the cost of the flat, on commencement of work.
- 20% of the cost of the flat within next 3 months.
- 10% of the cost of the flat within next 3 months.
- 10% of the cost of the flat within next 3 months
- 10% of the cost of the flat within next 3 months
- 10% of the cost of the flat within next 3 months
- 5% of the cost of the flat will be collected at the time of handing over.
