Swabhimaan Awas Yojana – Is an initiative towards central government’s Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for providing housing for needy people of the nation. This affordable housing project introduced by Supertech and registration for the booking of housing units has not yet rolled out.

The development is launching the Swabhimaan Awas Yojana at five different location including, Yamuna Expressway, Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Gurugram or Gurgaon.
Housing units in Swabhimaan Awas Yojana are being offered at very affordable price starting from Rs. 9.9 lacs for Yamuna Expressway project and Rs. 35.5 lacs for Gurgaon project.
Besides Supertech, other development such as Migsun, Mahagun, Supertech and Ajnara are also participating in the construction of affordable apartments under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
Swabhimaan Awas Yojana has offering multiple types of apartments including 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK and 5BHK apartment for sale. These housing units are available for sale with 90 percent loan facility. Floor plan size ranging from 500 square feet to 1195 square feet for 1BHK to 4BHK units.
