Sahbhagita Awas Yojna Phase-II 2015: SNG Group is ready to launch housing scheme at 23 different location under Rajasthan Government Sehbhagita Awas yojna (PPP) Phase-II. These schemes are being launched for Economical Weaker Section (EWS), Lower Income Group (LIG) and Medium Income Group (MIG-A) of the society at multiple locations including Jaipur, Kotputli, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Churu, Sardar Shahar, Jhunjhunu, Alwar, Bhiwadi, Pindwara (Sirohi), Balotra, Devli (Tonk), kuchaman City.
Under the scheme, the developer will offer 13680 flats in G+3 type of buildings. However, the registration for the scheme is no yet started, the applications for the scheme will be available soon.
The projects are available in three different sizes, the build-up area of EWS units is about 525 square feet is priced at Rs. 2.40 lakh; the build-up area of LIG units is about 500 square feet which cost Rs. 3.75 lakh and the MIG-A units is available in the build-up area of 700 square meter which is available at the price of Rs. 7.00 lakh.

Income Criteria for Applicants:
- The EWS Applicants should have a monthly income less than Rs. 5000/-.
- The monthly income of LIG applicants should be in between Rs. 5000/- to Rs. 10,000/-.
- The monthly income of MIG-A applicants should be in between Rs. 5000/- to Rs. 30,000/-.
