Rashtriya Karamchari Awasiya Yojana 2016: It is a new housing scheme specially launched for the government employees for the allotment of flats and plots. Under the scheme, total 20 residential plots and 170 units of 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK flats are available for allotment. The size of flats available in the scheme varies from 398 square feet to 1150 square feet and the residential plots are available in the size 70 yard.
The cost of a unit ranges from Rs. 9.99 Lacs to 25.99 Lacs.
Applications for the scheme has been rolled out from 15 July and interested one can apply till 18 August 2016.
The project is located in Greater Noida West.

How to Apply:
Registrations for the scheme are opened and interested applicants can avail the benefits of the scheme on or before 18 August 2016. Application form, information booket and other informaiton of the scheme can be obtained from the office of the scheme located at A-10, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
