Rajasthan Housing Board invites applications for the allotment of flats in Niwai (Newai) Housing Scheme 2015. The scheme is located at Niwai Tonk. Under the scheme, RHB has offering 162 flats for three different segments of the society including Economical Weaker Sections, Lower Income Group and Medium Income Group.

Of 162, largest number of units 92 units are being offered for lower income group and followed by medium income group and economical weaker section of the society.
The plot area of EWS unit is about 44.00 square meter and the for LIG and MIG unit it is 72 square meter and 90 square meter respectively. The cost of EWS, LIG and MIG units is Rs. 6.60 lakh, Rs. 9.90 lakh and Rs. 18.05 lakh respectively.

How to Apply:
Registrations for the scheme has been started from 28 October 2015 and the authority has offering both online and offline modes for applicants convenience. The online registration for the scheme can be done by using the official website of RHB. For offline registrations applications form cum brochure can be purchased from the bank branches of bank mentioned below:
