Rajasthan Housing Board Invites applications for allotment of 93 flats in Mansarovar Housing Scheme Jaipur (Mansarovar Yojna) under the self finance scheme year 2014. The housing board offers 93 (B+S+12) multistorey flats for Medium Income Group, Category B in Sector 12, Block B, Dwarkapath in Jaipur under the new Mansarovar housing scheme.
The estimated super-built up area of offered flats is about 185.83 square meters and the estimated cost of flat is Rs. 51.50 lakh.

How to apply?
The applications for Mansarovar Housing Scheme are being invited through both online and offline modes. For online applications, the interested applicants can visit the website of Rajasthan Housing Board www.rhbonline.rajasthan.gov.in and fill the application form by registering. The offline applications for the Mansarovar housing scheme can be submitted through Lok-Mitra counters of housing board by paring Rs. 30 as offline registration cost.
The interested applicants will have to pay Rs. 1500/- as the processing fee and 10% of the cost of flat as the booking amount which is Rs. 5.10 Lakh in this case. The total amount can be deposited through online banking or credit card or into any bank branch of Central bank of India by printing the challan from housing board website.

- The applicant should be a citizen of India with more than 18 year of age.
- The applicant should not have been allotted a flat, plot or other property by Rajasthan Housing Board in the state in any previous schemes.
- The applicant, his/her spouse and any dependent children should not have any free-hold/lease-hold house/plot in their name in the city of scheme.
- The combined annual income of applicant, spouse and dependent children should not be more than Rs. 6 Lakh.
