Rajasthan Housing Board Manpur Housing Scheme for MIG, HIG at Abu Road, Manpur

Rajasthan Housing Board invites the application for Manpur Housing Scheme at Abu Road Manpur, Sirohi under the self financing scheme. The board offers 98 flats for Medium Income Group Category-A and Category-B and High Income Group.

The plot area contained by MIG-A, MIG-B and HIG is about 96 square meter, 128 square meter, 210 square meter with the build-up area of about 79.05 square meter, 95.09 square meter, 144.30 square meter respectively. The estimated cost of MIG-A and MIG is about Rs. 16.82 Lakh & Rs. 20.80 Lakh respectively. The estimated cost of HIG flat is about Rs. 32.20 Lakh.

How to apply?
The applications for Manpur housing scheme are being invited through offline mode. For offline applications, the interested applicants can visit the website of Rajasthan Housing Board www.rhbonline.rajasthan.gov.in and download the application form for registering. The application form can also be purchased from ICICI Bank Sadar Bazar, Abu road and Central Bank of India, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur by paying Rs. 300/-.

The interested applicants of MIG-A and MIG-B and HIG category will have to pay Rs. 1000/-, Rs. 1500/-and Rs. 2000/- as the processing fee and Rs. 1,68,000/-, Rs. 2,08,000/- and Rs. 3,22,000/- as a registration amount respectively. The application form will be submitted at the same place from where the form was purchased and the registration amount will be submitted through demand draft or pay order in favor of Rajasthan Housing Board Abu Road.

Eligibility Criteria
• The applicant should be a citizen of India with more than 18 year of age.
• The applicant should not have been allotted a flat, plot or other property by Rajasthan Housing Board in the state in any previous schemes.
• The applicant, his/her spouse and any dependent children should not have any free-hold/lease-hold house/plot in their name in the city of scheme.
• The annual income of MIG-A should be in between Rs. 2.5 Lakh to 4.5 Lakh and for MIG-B it should be in between Rs. 4.5 Lakh to Rs. 6.0 Lakh. The HIG applicant’s annual income should be more than Rs. 6.0 Lakh.
