Rajasthan Housing Board Khan Bhankri Housing Scheme Dausa

Rajasthan Housing Board invites applications for allotment of 108 flats in Khan Bhankri Housing Scheme Dausa year 2014. The housing board offers 48 G+2 flats for Economical Weaker Section (EWS), 36 (G+2) flats for Lower Income Group (LIG) and 24 (G+2) flats for Medium Income Group (MIG-A) in Khan Bhankri, Dausa.

The estimated build-up area of EWS, LIG and MIG-A is about 348.60 square meter 507.55 square meter and 802.50 square meter respectively. The estimated cost of EWS, LIG & MIG-A is starts from Rs. 6.21 Lakh, Rs. 9.39 Lakh and Rs. 15.56 Lakh respectively.

How to apply?
The applications for Indira Gandhi Nagar housing scheme are being invited through offline mode. For offline applications, the interested applicants can visit the website of Rajasthan Housing Board www.rhbonline.rajasthan.gov.in and download the application form for registering. The application form can also be purchased from Rajasthan Housing Board 1/68 Khan Bhankri Raod, Dausa by paying Rs. 300/-.

The interested applicants of EWS, LIG and MIG-A category will have to pay Rs. 500/-, Rs. 700/- and Rs. 1000/- as the processing fee and Rs.7,000/-, Rs. 15,000/- and Rs. 50,000/- as a registration amount respectively. The application form will be submitted at the same place from where the form was purchased and the registration amount will be submitted through demand draft or pay order in favor of Rajasthan Housing Board, Dausa.

Eligibility Criteria
• The applicant should be a citizen of India with more than 18 year of age.
• The applicant should not have been allotted a flat, plot or other property by Rajasthan Housing Board in the state in any previous schemes.
• The applicant, his/her spouse and any dependent children should not have any free-hold/lease-hold house/plot in their name in the city of scheme.
• The annual income of EWS applicants should not more than Rs. 1 Lakh and LIG and MIG-A applicants annual income should be in between Rs. 1 Lakh to Rs. 2.5 lakh and Rs. 2.5 Lakh to Rs. 4.5 Lakh.
