Rajasthan Housing Board launched housing scheme in Jhalawar and offer 15 flats for Lower Income Group (LIG) and 20 flats for Middle Income Group category-A (MIG-A). Total 35 flats are available under the Jhalawar Housing Scheme.
The plot area contained by LIG flats is about 72.00 square meter with the build-up area of 35.41 square meter while the plot area and build-up area of MIG-A is about 90 square meter and 67.96 square meter respectively. The estimated cost of LIG flats is about Rs. 12.85 /- Lakh and for MIG-A flats it is Rs. 18.80 Lakh.

How to apply?
The applications for Jhalawar housing scheme are being invited through offline mode. For offline applications, the interested applicants can visit the website of Rajasthan Housing Board www.rhbonline.rajasthan.gov.in and download the application form for registering. The application form can also be purchased from Rajasthan Housing Board Kota by paying Rs. 300/-.
The interested applicants of LIG and MIG-A category will have to pay Rs. 700/- and Rs. 1000/- as the processing fee and Rs. 15,000/- and Rs. 50,000/- as a registration amount respectively. The application form will be submitted at the same place from where the form was purchased and the registration amount will be submitted through demand draft or pay order in favor of Rajasthan Housing Board, Kota.

Eligibility Criteria
• The applicant should be a citizen of India with more than 18 year of age.
• The applicant should not have been allotted a flat, plot or other property by Rajasthan Housing Board in the state in any previous schemes.
• The applicant, his/her spouse and any dependent children should not have any free-hold/lease-hold house/plot in their name in the city of scheme.
• The annual income of LIG applicants should be in between Rs. 1 Lakh to Rs. 2.5 lakh and MIG-A applicants annual should be in between Rs. 2.5 Lakh to Rs. 4.5 Lakh.
