Rajasthan Housing Board launched new housing scheme named as Govind Nagar Housing Scheme 2014 in Rajsamand. Under the Govind Nagar Housing Scheme the board offers 31 duplex flats for Medium Income Group Category-A and Medium Income Group Category-B.
The plot area of duplex flats for MIG category-A is about 90.19 square meter with the estimated build-up area of 72.00 square meter while the plot area of MIG category-B is about 185.03 square meter with the estimated build-up area of 162.00 square meter. The estimated cost of duplex flat for MIG Category-A is Rs. 22 Lakh while the cost of MIG Category-B duplex flat is Rs. 48.50/-.

How to apply?
The applications for Govind Nagar Housing Scheme Rajsamand are being invited through offline mode. For offline applications, the interested applicants can visit the website of Rajasthan Housing Board www.rhbonline.rajasthan.gov.in and download the application form for registering. The application form can also be purchased from Central Bank of India, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur and Union Bank of India, Rajsamand and Head office of Rajasthan Housing Board by paying Rs. 300/-.
The interested applicants will have to pay Rs. 1000/- & Rs. 1500 as the processing fee and Rs. 50,000 & Rs. 80,000 as booking amount for MIG category-A and MIG category-B flats. The registration amount for the applications can be submitted via Demand Draft and Pay Order in the bank mentioned below.

• The applicant should be a citizen of India with more than 18 year of age.
• The applicant should not have been allotted a flat, plot or other property by Rajasthan Housing Board in the state in any previous schemes.
• The applicant, his/her spouse and any dependent children should not have any free-hold/lease-hold house/plot in their name in the city of scheme.
• The combined annual income of MIG Category-A applicant, spouse and dependent children should be in between Rs. 2.5 Lakh to Rs. 4.5 Lakh while the annual income of MIG Category-A applicant should be in between Rs. 4.5 lakh to Rs. 6.0 lakh.
