Rajasthan Housing Board Invites applications for allotment of Marwar Apartments under Chopasni Housing Scheme 2014 in Jodhpur. The board offers total 56 (B+S+12) multistorey flat from which 20 flats for Medium Income Group Category-B and 30 flats for Upper Income Group under Chopasni Housing Scheme.
The estimated super build-up area of MIG flats is about 112.00 square meter with the estimated cost of 47.50 lakh and the super build-up area of HIG flat is about 143 square meter with estimated cost of Rs. 63.70.

How to apply?
The applications for Chopasni Housing Scheme Jodhpur are being invited through online mode. For online applications, the interested applicants can visit the website of Rajasthan Housing Board www.rhbonline.rajasthan.gov.in and fill the application form by registering. The online registration can also be done by paying Rs. 30/- on Lok-Mitra counters of housing board.
The interested applicants will have to pay Rs. 1500/- & Rs. 2000 as the processing fee and Rs. 80,000 & Rs. 1,20,000 as booking amount for MIG category-B and HIG flats. The total amount can be deposited through online banking or credit card or into any bank branch of Central bank of India by printing the challan from housing board website.

Eligibility Criteria
• The applicant should be a citizen of India with more than 18 year of age.
• The applicant should not have been allotted a flat, plot or other property by Rajasthan Housing Board in the state in any previous schemes.
• The applicant, his/her spouse and any dependent children should not have any free-hold/lease-hold house/plot in their name in the city of scheme.
• The combined annual income of MIG Category-B applicant, spouse and dependent children should be in between 4.5 Lakh to 6.0 Lakh while the annual income of HIG applicant should be more than 6.0 Lakh.
