Rajasthan Housing Board invites applications for Aravali Vihar Housing Scheme 2015 at Aravali Vihar, Bhiwadi. Under the Scheme total 656 (G+3) flats are on offer for Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group and Medium Income Group (MIG-A) of the society.

The estimated super build-up area of EWS flats is 32.39 square meter while the estimated super build-area of LIG and MIG-A is 47.15 square meter and 47.61 square meter. The estimated cost EWS, LIG and MIG-A flats is Starts from Rs. 10.10 lakh, Rs. 15.10 lakh & Rs. 24.65 lakh respectively.

Out of total 288 units are available for EWS category; 256 units are available for LIG category and rest of 112 units are available for MIG-A.

How to Apply:
The applications for Aravali Vihar Housing Scheme Aravali Vihar are being invited through online mode. For online applications, the interested applicants can visit the website of Rajasthan Housing Board www.rhbonline.rajasthan.gov.in and fill the application form by registering. The online registration can also be done by paying Rs. 30/- on Lok-Mitra counters of housing board.

The interested applicants will have to pay Rs. 500/- for EWS, Rs. 700/- for LIG & Rs. 1000/- for MIG-A as the processing fee and Rs. 7,000 for EWS, Rs. 15,000/- for LIG and Rs. 50,000/- for MIG-A as registration amount. The total amount can be deposited through online banking or credit card or into any bank branch of Central bank of India by printing the challan from housing board website.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicant should be a citizen of India with more than 18 year of age.
• The applicant should not have been allotted a flat, plot or other property by Rajasthan Housing Board in the state in any previous schemes.
• The applicant, his/her spouse and any dependent children should not have any free-hold/lease-hold house/plot in their name in the city of scheme.
• The combined annual income of EWS, LIG and MIG-A applicant, spouse and dependent children should not be more than Rs. 1 Lakh, Rs.2.5 lakh and Rs.4.5 lakh respectively.
