The authority is inviting applications for plots with areas ranging from 3089 square foot to 10110 square foot at a rate of Rs. 1335 per sq.ft. for lease hold and Rs. 1615/- per square foot for free hold. There is a provision of paying the total amount in 4 easy installments while if the payment is done before the deadline, the authority is giving 12% discount per annum.
The allotment of flats will be done on every Friday at 3PM. The application forms for the scheme can be obtained from any branch of Central Bank of India in Chhattisgarh at the cost of Rupees 500/- from December 1st.
