Punjab Urban Development Authority has launched its new residential plot scheme for the allotment of 138 residential plots at PUDA Enclave Sugar Mill, Jagraon. Under the scheme, PUDA has offering six types of residential plots for all segments of the of the society. The size of residential plots available in PUDA New Residential Plot Scheme 2016 are varies from 150 square yard to 500 square yard. Plot under the scheme are available at the rate of Rs. 8,500/- per square yard.
Applications for the allotment of plots are being offered through both offline and online mode of registration in the registration period from 20 February to 22 March 2016.

How to Apply:
Registration for the scheme has been started from 20 February 2016 and applications can filled through both online and offline mode. For offline registration, application form can be purchased from the authorized bank branches by paying the cost of applications form and dully filled filled application form to be submitted along with self attested passport size photograph along with the earnest money in the form of crossed bank draft favoring Estate Officer, PUDA, Ludhiana. The draft should be payable at the place/city of respective banks.
