PUDA (Punjab Urban Development Authority) has launched new Housing scheme of ready to move apartments under the project name “Splendid Heights”. The scheme registrations starts from 7th October 2014 and the last date of registration is 7th November. The draw of the scheme will be announced on January 6 in the next year.
PUDA has tied up with SPoP, Andhra Bank, OBC and Punjab Gramin Bank to provide the housing loan to the successful applicants for a tenure of up to 15 years within an EMI at just Rs 1050 per lakh.
The project is located at old GT road Jalandhar on 80 feet wide road, a prime location of Jalandhar city. Splendid Heights consist of 3BHK & 4BHK flats and Pent Houses and total 490 flats are being offered to applicants of all categories. The Units of flats are categorized in 11 below categories.
Category A: For General 206 3BHK Units and 58 4BHK Units.
Category B: For Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes 57 3BHK Units and 16 4BHK Units.
Category C: For Defence Personnel 3 BHK Units and 4 4BHK Units.
Category K: For Legal Heirs of Defence personnel killed on duty 8 3BHK Units and 2 4BHK Units.
Category N: For 100% Disabled Soldiers of Punjab 4 3BHK Units and 1 4BHK Unit.
Category R: For Riot/Terrorist Victims 19 3BHK Units and 6 4BHK Units.
Category D: For Disabled persons/ visually / physically handicapped/Mentally retarded/ Deaf and Dumb 11 3BHK Units and 3 4BHK Units.
Category F: For Freedom Fighters 8 3BHK Units and 2 4BHK Units.
Category S: For Sports Persons 8 3BHK Units and 2 4BHK Units.
Category G: For Gallantry Award Winners 8 3BHK Units and 2 4BHK Units.
Category I: For NRI 38 3BHK Units and 2 4BHK Units.

The applicant applying offline can submit their application form along with earnest money in the form of bank draft in favor of Estate Officer, Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority, Jalandhar payable at Jalandhar at PUDA Office, Ladowali Road, Jalandhar or PUDA Office at Mohali.
