Punjab Urban Development Authority launched a new housing scheme for the allotment of residential plots at different location of Jalandhar. Under the new scheme of PUDA, total 91 freehold residential plots are being offered for allotment.
The scheme comprises of four size of plots including 84 square yard, 105 square yard, 125 square yard and 167 square yard. These housing units are located at Jalandhar-Hoshiarpur Road, Village Sheikhe and Bulandpur Enclave,
Jalandhar-Pathankot Road, Jalandhar.

How to Apply:
Registration for plots in the scheme has been started from 19 September 2016 and application will be opened till 18 October 2016. Brochure along with application form can be obtained from authorised bank branches by paying the cost.
Dully completed application form with self attested passport size photograph to be submitted in the same bank branches either in person or by post on or before the closing date along with earnest money in the shape of crossed bank draft in favour of Estate Officer, PUDA, Jalandhar payable at the place /city of respective bank branches. Interested applicants can also fill online application by using the official website of PUDA at www.puda.nic.in
