PUDA Enclave Site Layout Plan[/caption]Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority (PUDA) invites registrations for allotment of 251 free-hold residential plots in PUDA enclave on Bhawanigarh Road, Nabha. The authority is inviting registrations PUDA enclave new residential plot scheme from 22 December 2014. The authority is offering 251 residential plots of sizes 200, 256, 300 and 400 square yard under the PUDA enclave scheme.

Rate: Rupees 7200/- per square yard
Registration Amount: 10% of the cost of plot
Scheme Opens: 22 December 2014
Scheme Closes: 20 January 2015
Draw of Lots: 16 March 2015
Cost of application form: Rs. 100/-

Out of the total 54% of the plots are available to general category and rest 46% are reserved for Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe (15%), Serving and Retired Defence Personnel & Paramilitary Forces (4%), Legal Heirs of Army/Paramilitary forces, Punjab Police Personnel Killed in action (2%), 100% Disabled soldiers of Punjab Domicile (1%), Riot affected and Terrorist affected families (5%), Persons with disabilities (3%), Freedom Fighters (2%), Sports person (2%), Gallantry Award Winners (2%) and Non resident Indians (10%).

Eligibility Criteria
For being eligible to be considered for the allotment, the applicant should be:

• A citizen of India (Except NRI Category)
• He/She must have attained the age of majority i.e. 18 years as on date of submission of application.
• He/She or his/her spouse or any minor child (less than 18 years) does not own any residential plot/house/flat (except ancestral property) in Hira Enclave Nabha/Improvement Trust or any govt. agency in the city/town. at Nabha.
• The applicant under reserve category must not have availed benefit of allotment of apartment/ house / Flat under any reserved category in any scheme of any Government agency anywhere in the country.
