The scheme offers ready to move 342 – 2BHK apartments with ultra-modern facilities and spacious indoor construction. The apartments are offered in 14-storey buildings in Bathinda’s Hotspot.

Letter of intent will be dispatched by the PUDA Bathinda on 10 November 2014 and the applicants have then 30 days of time to deposit the 25% of the price of apartment (minus earnest money paid with application) by 10 December.

Applications are invited through offline mode and the brochure and application forms for the Bathinda scheme can be purchased from the following banks at a cash payment of Rs. 250/-. The brochure of the scheme contains the detailed layout plan, design, features, specifications and other relevant information about the apartments.
