Note :-

  1. The Collector rate of floor wise will he 50% for Ground floor. 45% for first floor and 40% for second floor for the concerned plot area.
  2. Group Housing Society Flats rate fixed For MDC Sec 4 & 6 Rs 5100/-, Other Sector in MDC Rs 4600/- Per Sq. Feet, 20 & 14 Rs 4100/- Per Sq. Feet. 23,24,25,26„27,28,31 3600/- Sq Feet and other sectors flats is fixed for Rs.3100/- Per Sq. Feet. Flat in the village abadi Rs. 2600/- Per Sq.ft. (where registration of flats is required)
  3. In villages where the prices of the Abadi  Deh is not fixed for these villages the price of Abadi Deh is fixed for RS 50,000/- per Marla Covered Area of houses of all villages is fixed for RS 400/- per Sq Ft and for villages in MC limit Panchkula is Rs. 600/- Per Sq Feet
  4. Site facing HUDA sectors front & back (Preferential site) falling on Phirni in the villages in MC limit Panchkula i.e. Haripur, Rally. Maheshpur, Fatehpur, Budanpur, Bhainsa Tibba, Kundi, Madanpur, Abheypur and Saketri is fixed 55.000 more than to the rale fixed for Abadi Per Marla.
  5. The land in R-Zone/Urban Zone area is fixed for 1,00,00,000/-Per acre and up to two acre of both side of National Highway form village Nadda (Old Bridge) to Beer Phirojori Rs. 1,65,00000/- Per acre and Panchkula to Chandimandir on National Highway-22 is fixed Rs. 1,7000000/- Per acre for all kind of land.
  6. If a person has possession of a land as a tenant ( Gair Maurasi Muzara) according to the revenue record for the last 12 to 30 years and the same person purchase the possessed land then in that situation, the possessed land shall be valued at 1/3 of the rate fixed for the type of land and in case the such tenant has possession of such land more than 30 years than the value of such land purchased will be 1/4 of the rate fixed for the type of land.
  7. Depreciation of 1% yearly alter Five years will be allowed on old constructed houses subject to confirmation by occupation certificate issued by HUDA or other authority.
  8. Rate of Unfinished Houses, Structures will be treated as half of covered areas rate subject to confirmation by sites report of Sub Registrar/ Joint Sub Registrar.
  9. Rate of boundary wall will be Rs. 80/- per Sq. Feet, and for Tube well deep and normal is Rs. 65,000/- and Rs 35,000/-
  10.  All the plots with preferential number (P) and plots on A Road of the sector will be charged 10% extra of the existing collector Rates.
  11. Rates for covered area in the Poultry Farms shall be Rs. 800/- Per Sq. Feet
  12. Rate for EWS category is fixed 50% of the concernedsector and registration of flats under Ashiana schemc is fully banned as per Govt instructions.
  13. Commercial rate both side of Nil from Majri Chowk to Nada village is fixed 10.00,000/-Per Marla, from village Nada to Ramgarh is 8,00,000/-Per Marla, from Ramgarh to Billa is 6,00.000/- per Marla, from Billa to Birfirozari is 4,00.000/- per maria and up to Chandimandir is 8,00.000/- per Marla upto 50 Sq. ft. both side of MH-22 and NH-73 and residential rates for above area is treated as 50 % of the concerned commercial rate.

  1. Would like to know circle rate for agricultural as well as forest land between Chiken, Panchkula (Panchayat – Pijore) to Ishar Nagar, Himshikha Pinjore.
