The link is available will the title “Online Applications are invited for Scholarship schemes (Pre-matric, Post-matric & Merit-cum-means) from eligible minority students through NSP Portal (https://scholarships.gov.in/) from 1/06/2017 to 30/09/2017 for ‘Fresh” & “Renewal.”, click on that link.
After a click you will be redirected to National Scholarship Portal 2.0 at scholarships.gov.in (You can click on Direct Link).
Click on “Apply” link available in front of “Pre Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities” under “M/O Minority Affairs”.
Here a login page will be opened. Those who have already registered can apply for renewal scholarship through login. And those who are applying a fresh application will have to click on “New User ? Register Here” available at the login page.
Here a registration form will be opened, enter all details name, mobile number, bank details, category and state etc.
Click on submit button. Here the registration process completes.
Now do login and fill the fresh application for Pre Matric Scholarship 2017.
Pre Matric Scholarship Application Form 2017-18
After making registration, do login and fill the fresh application form by entering all the necessary details such as basic information, marks obtained in previous class category, address etc.
Upload require documents along with the latest passport size photograph.
Check preview of your application form and Click on submit button.
Now take a printout of acknowledgement slip of your application.
Renewal of Scholarship
The scholarship, once awarded, may be renewed during next academic year of the course on the production of certificate that the student has secured 50% marks.

Eligibility
Financial assistance under pre matric scholarship scheme will be awarded to the students who have scored above 50% makrs in the previous final examination and the annual family income of these students should be less than Rs. 1.0 lakh.
