Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Manipur, is all set to launch in Manipur area to provide benefits of central government housing scheme. PMAY Manipur will be launched by Union Rural Development Minister Narendra Singh Tomar on 24 June 2017.

Under PMAY Manipur, the government will provide housing to poor people along with financial assistance and subsidy of housing loans under PMAY-CLSS will also be provided to the beneficiaries.
As per the information received from the source, over 6,000 homes will be made available under PMAY-G and the plan has been drafted by the Manipur government for which an amount of Rs 56.87 crores has also been allotted.
To participate in the scheme, all the eligibility should be fulfilled.
The applicant wishing to apply for the scheme should not have any pucca house anywhere across the nation.
The annual income of EWS and LIG category should not be more than Rs. 3 lakh and 6 lakh respectively.
