Registrations for the scheme will be started on 3rd June 2015 & Application Form cum Brochure can be purchased from the following bank branches by the Rs. 100/- as the cost of application form.

The Duly filled application form will be submitted in the above bank branches along with passport size photograph and earnest money on or before the closing date of registration. The earnest money will be submitted in the shape of crossed bank draft in the favor of Estate Officer, PDA, Patiala. The draft should be payable at the place/city of respective banks.

Eligibility Criteria:
- The Applicant must be a resident of India (Except Punjabis/Person of Punjab origin who are settled abroad)
- Applicants must be at age of 18 years old on the last date of submission of application submission.
- Those who own or were allotted at any time by a government agency residential plot/flat/house fully on lease hold or free hold basis in any or Urban State developed by PDA, House-fed or any other govenmnet agency or in cooperative societies to whom land was allotted by any of the government agencies in the city/town/spouse/minor children’s name are not eligible to apply.
