PDA 157 Residential Plot Scheme 2015: Patiala Development Authority has come up with new residential plot scheme at PDA Enclave, Dhuri, district Sangrur. Under the scheme, PDA invites applications for the people for allotment of 157 residential plots. The applications for the scheme are being offered through offline mode from 7 December 2015 to 6 January 2016.
Under the PDA Residential plot scheme, offered plots are available in seven different sizes which would be allotted via draw of lots. The plot sizes are ranging from 150 sq.yrd to 450 sq.yrd and the majority of 74 units has a sizes 200 sq.yrd and 250 sq.yrd followed by 300 sq.yrd, 150 sq.yrd, 325 sq.yrd and 400 sq.yrd, 450 sq.yrd plots. These plots are available at the rate of Rs. 9,000/- per sq.yrd for plot size ranging from 150 sq.yrd to 300 sq.yard and Rs. 11,000/- per sq.yrd for the plot size ranging from 325 sq.yrd to 450 sq.yrd.

How to Apply: Applications for the scheme are being offered through offline mode of registration. Application form can be collected from the designated bank branches by paying Rs. 100/-. Dully filled application form along with self attested passport size photograph and earnest money may be submitted at the bank branches either by person or by post on or before the closing date 6 January 2016. The earnest money to be submitted in the shape of crossed bank draft favoring Estate Officer, PDA, Patiala payable at the place/city of respective banks.
