Its a good news for those applicants who had not yet applied for Noida Authority New Flat Scheme 2016 at Sector-117, 118 and 122. Noida Authority has extended the last date of application submission for Noida Authority New Flat Scheme under Samajwadi Awas Yojana 2015-16 for the allotment of 2000 flats.

Earlier, the last date of application submission was 3 March 2016 but on the request of applicants the authority has extended the last date upto 18 March 2016. Now interested ones can apply for the scheme till 18 March 2016.
Under the scheme the authority has offering two types of houses Type-1 and Type-2 which are available in Sector 117, 118 and 122. The size of flats under the Noida Authority Samajwadi Awas Yojana 2015-16 ranging from 32 and 71 square meters approximately. Of total, majority of 1280 flats are Type-1 and remaining 720 flats are of Type-2. For registrations, the authority is charging 10% of the cost of the flat as a registration fee.
