Noida Authority has launched a new residential flat scheme in Sector 117, 118 and 122 under the affordable housing policy. The scheme which has been launched under the Samajwadi Awas Yojana of Uttar Pradesh Government offers four storey Type 1 and type 2 residential flats.

The applications for the new flat scheme of Noida Authority will be invited from 2 February through the designate bank branches. The last date of the application would be 18 March 2016.
The authority is offering a total of 2000 flats under the scheme. The area of type 1 and type flats is about 32 and 71 square meters approximately. The authority is charging 10% of the cost of the flat as registration fee. Below are the complete details of the flats being offered.

How to Apply for Noida Authority Flat Scheme 2016
The interested applicants can visit the following listed bank branches between 2nd February and 18 March to obtain the application form and scheme brochure which is available at the cost of Rs. 1000/-. The complete information booklet and application forms will also be available on the official website of Noida Authority at www.noidaauthorityonline.com. In this case the applicants will have to submit a draft of Rs. 1000/- at the time of form submission in the authority premises.
