Noida authority is planing to conduct a lottery for the allotment of 2000 flats in Sector-117, 118 and 122 under Samajwadi Awas Yojana. According to the source, the lottery of these flats will be conducted in the first week of April 2016.

On Friday the authority said that it will organize a lucky draw for the allotment of 2,000 flats under Samajwadi Awas Yojana in the beginning of April.
The applications for the allotment of these flats were invited in the month of February till 3 March 2016 and further the authority had extended the registration period upto 18 March 2016.
The scheme launched to provide affordable houses to different income groups of the society and the authority has received great response from the applicants for Noida Authority new flat scheme 2016.
The authority will organize a lucky draw for the allotment of 1,280 flats weaker sections and 720 flats for other segments of the society.
According to the source, the affordable housing project is slated to be delivered by 2017. Construction work has already begun in section 122, 117, and 118 the official said. The authority is spending Rs. 160 crore to construct the flats.
The authority has received around 2,123 applications for 1,280 flats under the EWS category and 1,148 applicants have applied for 720 LIG units.
