The Association of Indian Government Employees is inviting applications for allotment of more than 1000 flats in 6 new affordable housing projects in Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway, Ghaziabad, and Sohna road extension in Gurgaon.
Each of the project comprises of approximately 50 to 300 flats and the prices of flats starts at Rs. 17 lacs. The allotment of flats will be made after the completion of first 10% of the payment.
Eligibility for the schemes: All serving / retired officials, their dependents & families – All Central govt. Ministries, All State Govt. Officials of any Ministry of Department, Commission, Defense Production, DRDO, Police, PSUs, Public Sector Banks, Govt. Run Educational Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, Govt. Officers Families also permitted.

Is it really a government employee scheme or just on the name of government employee, some builder are making fools to people? Can you please clarify?
This scheme is launched by Association of Indian Government Employees not by any private developer, hence no need to worry. You do call the numbers and gather more details.
