Madhya Pradesh Housing & Development Board launched affordable housing scheme in Samriddhi Parisar for EWS and LIG category. In Samriddhi Parisar(Samriddhi Vihar) Affordable housing scheme 432 units of 1 BHK flat is available for Economical Weaker section (EWS) at 5.45 lakh while 480 units of 2 BHK flat is available for Lower Income Group (LIG) at 12.31 lakh.
EWS flats are available in 32.74 Sq Mtr area with G+2 apartments with the registration amount of Rs 54,500/- while LIG flats are available in 46.75 Sq Mtr area with Parking+6 floor apartments with the registration amount of Rs 1,23,000/-.
ALL the EWS and LIG applicants can apply for online/offline registration from 10 November 2014 and registration will close on 10 December 2014. Applicants can obtain the registration forms cum Brochure from branches of Axis Bank & Punjab National Bank Bhopal with the payment of Rs 200/-. The draw of lots for Samriddhi Parisar Scheme will be done through lottery system and the notice of date & time of lottery will be given in the newspaper.
NOTE
The annual income for EWS category shouldn’t be more than Rs1 lakh per annum while for LIG category annual income should be less than Rs2 lakh.
