Madhya Pradesh Housing & Infrastructure Development Board has launched two new housing schemes in Chhatarpur & Anuppur. The authority invites applications for the allotments of flats in its two new housing projects. First project is located in Kapildhara Colony, Barbaspur District Anuppur and the second one is situated at Vasant Vihar Colony, Chhatarpur.
Registration for both the schemes has been started from the day of advertisement and last date of registration is 31 August 2015. Apart from these schemes, numbers of other housing scheme are running for registrations. In the last few months the authority has launched approximately 16 housing projects under which the authority offering residential flats for the all segments of the society.
Atal Ashray Yojna in Kapildhara Colony, Barbaspur District Anuppur: Under the scheme total 347 flats are available for registrations; out of which 114 are LIG (Junior) and remaining 233 are EWS. The estimated plot area of EWS flats is about 40.00 square meter with build-up area of 26.05 square meter while LIG flats are available in the size of 78.50 square meter with 45.07 square meter build-up area.
The estimated cost of LIG(J) is Rs. 12.40 lakh while EWS flats are available at the estimated cost of Rs. 6.84 lakh. Applicants can register for the scheme through online mode of registration by using MP Online and KIOSK.
Vasant Vihar Colony Chhatarpur Housing Scheme: Under the scheme total 136 flats are available for registrations. Out of total only 30 units are EWS types while remaining 106 units are MIG-Deluxe, MIG-Senior & MIG-Junior. The estimated plot area of EWS flat is about 45.50 square meter with the build-up area of 24.30 square meter & the EWS unit is available at the estimated cost of Rs. 7.50 lakh. The estimated cost of MIG flat is starts from Rs. 16.50 lakh which goes upto Rs. 26.00 lakh.
Registration for flats can be done by using the MP Online or KIOSK; for the registration of EWS flat applicant will have to pay Rs. 200 at KIOSK while for registration of MIG flat applicants will have to pay Rs. 500 at KIOSK.
