Madhya Pradesh Housing & Infrastructure Development Board has launched new plots and flats under New Housing Scheme at Pandit Deen Dayal Nagar. Under the scheme total 80 flats are on offer for Lower Income Group while 26 plots are on offer for Medium Income Group and Higher Income Group.
The Size of LIG flats is about 72.00 square meter with the build-up area of 39.50 square meter. The cost of Application Form for LIG flats is Rs. 200/- only. The size of HIG and MIG plots is about 216.00 square meter and 135.00 square meter respectively. The Application Form for HIG & MIG plot is Rs. 500/- only.
The cost of LIG flats is about Rs. 11.22 lakh while the cost for HIG & MIG plots is about Rs. 19.44 lakh and Rs. 11.48 lakh.
How to Apply:
Application Form can be purchased from Punjab National Bank Sehore & Shivaji Nagar, RSS Market, Bhopal, Allahabad Bank Sehore & Paryavas Bhawan, Bhopal Branch. The cost of application form for flat and plots is Rs. 500/- and Rs. 200/- respectively.
The Board has also providing loan facility from Punjab National Bank for both plots and flats. Registration for the scheme has been started from the day of advertisement and the last date of Registrations is 23 March 2015.
