Madhya Pradesh Housing Board has launch new housing scheme in Dhanpuri, Budaar, Distt Shahdol under self financing scheme. In this scheme the board has been offered total 206 flats for EWS, HIG and MIG category.
Registrations have been started from the day of advertisement and the last date of registration is 31 December 2014. All the applicants can apply for the scheme and registration can be obtained from the office of MP Housing & Infrastructure Development Board near new bus stand, Shahdol. The cost of application form for HIG is Rs 1500, Rs 1000 for MIG and Rs 500 for EWS.
The allotment of flats will be done by the lottery system after collecting the all the application forms. The cost of flat mentioned in the advertisement is an estimated cost, the actual cost of flat will be decided after the construction by the board and the applicants may not claim in this respect.
The applicants allotted the corner Flat will be charged 10% extra amount of the cost of flat. The flats which are located at a better location than others will be available at 5% extra cost.
