Sapphire Part City Phase-I, Katara Hills Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Housing & Infrastructure Development Board invites applications for the allotment of flats and villas in its new housing scheme 2015-16 named as Sapphire Part City Phase-I. The project is located at Katara Hills Bhopal. It is the highrise project of MP housing board.
Under the new project, the MP housing board offering 185 flats and 42 villas for all segment of the society. The project comprised of four different type of flats having a super build-up area ranges from 96.12 square meter to 178.07 square meter. The estimated cost of flats starts from Rs. 26.62 lakh to Rs. 51.40 lakh.
Villas under the scheme are available in three different types, Villa Type-A, Villa Type-B and Villa Type-C having a plot area of 81.25 square meter, 93.75 square meter and 112.50 square meter respectively. The cost of villas starts from Rs. 43.07 lakh for Villa Type-A which goes upto Rs. 61.85 lakh for Villa Type-C.
