Madhya Pradesh Housing Board launches EWS and LIG flats under affordable housing scheme in Begamganj. This housing scheme is only for economical weaker persons and Low Income Group persons and the housing flats will be constructed in Begamganj, Sagar road distt Raisen.
Under this affordable housing scheme total 234 flats are on offer in which 117 flats for economical weaker persons and 117 flats for Low Income Group persons. The flats are available in two sizes, 280 sq.ft sizes for EWS flats and 485 sq.ft sizes for LIG flats.
Registration for this housing scheme will be started from 10 November 2014 and all applicants can apply till the last date of registration 12 December 2014. Applicants can obtain the application form from Central Bank of India Begamganj Distt Raisen with the payment of 200/- and can also submit the application forms in the above bank with the registration amount.
Draw of lots for this scheme will be done by the lottery system. Date and time for draw of lots will be decided soon by the board and will publish a notice regarding to draw of lots in the newspaper after collecting registration forms.
The annual income of EWS applicants shouldn’t be more than Rs 1 lakh per annum while for LIG category annual income should be less than Rs 2 lakh.
