Eligibility Criteria:
- Annual income of Family/households should not be more than Rs. 6 lacs.

- No restriction on the cost of the unit.
- No restrictions on loan amount.
Project Benefits
- Under the PMAY, the beneficiary will be able to get an interest subsidy at 4% P.A upto a loan amount of Rs. 9 lacs & 3% P.A upto a loan amount of Rs. 12 lakh.
- Maximum subsidy amount Rs. 2.20 lacs (approx).
- Rate of interest – same as applicable to the individual housing loan.
