Maharshtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has released the list of MHADA lottery 2015 applicants whose refunds were unsuccessful due to various reasons such as invalid bank account number, invalid MICR code, invalid IFSC code or some other miscellaneous reasons.
There are a total of 2430 candidates in the list whose refund was unsuccessful. All such applicants now needs to submit an application with the correct details of the bank accounts to MHADA by 31 July 2015.

The application form and other details are also enclosed in the same file, the applicants can take a printout and submit the application form at MHADA office address mentioned in the file.
MHADA hold the draw of its 2015 housing lottery on 31 May 2015 for allotment of 1063 homes and the refunds are being made from 5 June. MHADA received over 1.25 Lakh applications for its housing lottery 2015 from across Maharashtra.
MHADA is expected to launch the 2016 housing lottery in January for allotment of about 6200 homes.
