MHADA lottery 2015 has been announced by Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority and the lottery may be launched in May-June 2015. MHADA will be offering about 4468 affordable flats under its mega housing lottery 2015 for economically weaker section (EWS), lower income group (LIG) and middle income group (MIG) categories of the society.

There are no flats for the higher income group (HIG) category in MHADA housing lottery 2015. The authority is offering 785 flats in Mumbai and 3683 flats in Bolinj mega housing project in Virar.
Below are the complete details about MHADA lottery 2015
4468 total number of flats in MHADA Lottery 2015.
785 flats in Mumbai to be allotted as per the following distribution:
– 185 flats for EWS in Goregaon.
– 298 flats for LIG in Mankhurd & Malvani.
– 385 flats for MIG in Mulund & Sion Pratiksha Nagar Complex.
3683 flats in Virar – All flats in Virar to be allotted to LIG (Lower Income Group) and MIG (Middle Income Group) categories in MHADA’s mega housing project in Bolinj in Virar.
No flat for HIG category
