Meerut Development Authority has announced the list of applicants for flats in Sainik Vihar Housing Scheme Pocket-D. The list of applicants was published on yesterday 16 June 2015. The list contained the applicants who had applied for 2BHK & 3BHK flats in Sainik Vihar Housing Scheme.
The registration for the scheme was started on 1 January 2015 and the last date of application submission was 31 January 2015. In the registration period total 166 2BHK & 3BHK flats were available for registration. Under the scheme 5 storey flats were on offer with modern facilities and hi-tech construction.
The size of 2BHK flats is 94.85 square meter and the size of 3BHK is 112.48 square meter. 2BHK flats are available at the estimated cost of Rs. 27.75 lakh while the cost of 3BHK is Rs. 32.91 lakh. Applications forms for the scheme were available in HDFC Bank Branches at the cost of Rs. 500/-.
