Moradabad Development Authority has launched new housing scheme 2016 under Samajwadi Awas Yojana for the allotment of 733 flats in different housing scheme located at different locations. The authority has offering flats for different segments of the society including Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group and Medium Income Group and other reserved categories of the society.
Under the Samajwadi Awas Yojana of MDA Moradabad, total 733 flats are available in five different schemes. Of total, majority of 349 housing units are available in Dhakka Scheme followed by Ekta Vihar offering 195 flats, Naya Moradabad Sector-15A scheme offering 169 flats, Kashiram Nagar Yojana offering 6 flats for OBD/Defense/Freedom Fighter/Authority Employees and remaining 14 units are available in Kashiram Nagar Yojana offering 14 flats for OBD/Defense/Freedom Fighter/Authority Employees and other govt. employees and handicap.

How to Apply:
For registering in Moradabad new housing scheme, interested applicants can purchase the application form from the authorized bank branches by paying the cost of application form and dully filled application form to be submitted along registration amount of 10% of estimated cost of house.
Interested applicants can apply for the scheme from 1 to date 20 in each month and the allotment of flats will be done by the authority on date 27 of each month at authority auditorium.
