Meerut Development Authority has extended the last date of MDA two housing scheme named as Shatabdi Nagar Housing Scheme at Sector-4 & Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Nagar Pocket-K. Both Shatabadi Nagar and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohai Nagar housing Schemes were launched under the UP Government Samajwadi Awas Yojna 2015.
Both the scheme was launched earlier in the month of April but after receiving less response from the applicants, the authority has decided to extend the last date of application submission for both the schemes.
Shatabdi Nagar Housing Scheme at Sector-4: The registration for the scheme has been started from 4 April and application form for registrations can be purchased from the following bank branches mentioned in the brochure. Under the scheme total 800 units are available for all categories. Flat are available in three different types 1BHK, 2BHK Type-B, 2BHK Type-A.
The estimated cost of 1BHK flat is about Rs. 15.15 lakh; for 2BHK Type-A it is Rs. 23.30 lakh.

Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Nagar Housing Scheme at Pocket-K: Under the scheme Stilt+5 storey flats are available for allotment and registration for the same has been started on 13 April 2015. Brochure cum application form are available at the bank branches mentioned in brochure at the price of Rs. 500/-.
Under the scheme total 305 flats are on offer for all categories of the society. In this housing scheme two (2BHK Type-A & 2BHK Type-B) types of flats are available for registrations. The estimated cost of Type-A is about Rs. 22.15 lakh while for Type-B it is Rs. 16.58 lakh
