It is a good announcement for those home seeker who has not yet applied for Meerut Development Authority housing scheme 2015. Interested applicants can apply for the scheme now because the authority has extended the last date of application submission upto 31 January 2016.
The last date of Shatabadi Nagar Sector-10, (Airport Enclave Yojna), Rakshapuram Phase-I Sector-3 (Rakshagreen Yojna), Ganganagar Yojna Pocket-J and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Yojna has been extended by the authority upto 31 January 2016. Under the Airport Enclave Yojna, 281 Flats are available for registration while in Rakshagreen Yojna, Ganganagar Yojna, Ram Manohar Lohia Yojna 69, 12, 35 residential units are available respectively.
The application form for registration can be collected from HDFC, Allahabad Bank, IDBI and ICICI Bank branches. The duly filled application form to be submitted with the registration amount in the same bank branches till 31 January 2016. The registration amount for general category is 10% of cost of a units while the reserved applicants will have to pay only 5%.
