After a successful allotment of Mahila Samridhi Housing Scheme at Greater Noida West, the Morpheus Group has launched another project at Lucknow under the same scheme to empower the women by providing housing units at affordable price.
The Morpheus Group has selected the list of cities in which Mahila Samridhi Housing Scheme will be launched. The first project was launched in Greater Noida (W) for which they got great response and this time, the developer has launched the same scheme in City Of Nawabs, Lucknow.
The new project under Mahila Samridhi Housing Scheme is located at Sushant Golf City, Lucknow. The registration has not yet started for the scheme and the application forms will be available from 8 April 2016 in the authorized bank branches. The scheme is only available for women and brochure along with application form and terms and condition will be available from 8 April 2016 in the bank branches. The housing units in the new scheme will be available for women at subsidized rates.
The developer has offering 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK flats in Mahila Samridhi Housing Scheme at Sushant Golf City, Lucknow. The project will also be comprised of special kind of facilities specially for women such as special security system, availability of women guards, separate swimming pool, Karate Training, Club House and Gym etc.
Besides, 24 hours electricity, water supply, security, power backup, ample car parking space, jogging track, meditation lawn, parks and children’s play area surrounded by beautiful landscaping.
The application for the scheme will start from 8 April for a limited registration period.
