Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) is a Apex Public body establishes in 1977 and working under Government of Maharashtra. MHADA mission is to development of well planned & ultra modern infrastructure of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional areas in Maharshtra to growth of the state and provide the houses to people at affordable prices. MHADA arrange a lottery system every year to allotment of houses in MHADA projects, called MHADA Lottery.
