Lucknow Municipal Corporation has planned a project to provide an Ashiana to the home seeker who are looking for a house in Lucknow. Along with affordable housing units, Lucknow Nagar Nigal will construct commercial complexes and offices at Chakbast Kothi.
Apart from this, LMC will construct a five-storey commercial complex in Faizabad road for which a foundation has been laid by Nagar Nigal officer Azam Khan. According to the source, all the task for the project has been completed.
In this project, the 126 flats will be constructed at the worth of Rs. 82 crore which to build in six blocks. These housing units will be available in G+3, G+2 and G+6 building. These flats would be available for LIG, MIG and HIG. And around 344 flats will also be constructed in Para-II at the worth of Rs. 121 crore which to be constructed in 18 blocks in six-storey.
Nagar Nigam officer informed that 721 flats would be constructed in Aurangabad Khalsa at the worth of Rs. 294 crore. The project is proposed near to Omaxe City in which housing units would be constructed in 106 blocks in the area of 50791 hectare. This is biggest yojana of Lucknow MC and it will have LIG, MIG and HIG flats.
