A stack of 400 flats will be constructed by Gorakhpur Development Authority in the area of Deoria Bypass. According to the information, GDA Gorakhpur will construct 400 flats under Lohia Awas Yojana Phase-II at Deoria Bypass for EWS and LIG category.
Building plans for the project have been created and expected to be launched in next month. According to the source, 272 flats for lower income group and 120 flats for economical weaker section will be available in GDA Gorakhpur Lohia Awas Yojana Yojana at Deoria Bypass scheme.
Housing units in the scheme will be available in 3-storey building with block parking. Total 12 building blocks will be constructed for housing units.
According to the information received from source, the project is adjacent to zoo and under construction Ramgarh Tal Project. It is one of preferred location of Gorakhpur and the upcoming scheme would be the best option for those, looking a dream house in Gorakhpur.
The cost of EWS units is the upcoming scheme of GDA Gorakhpur will be Rs. 10.13 lakh while LIG unit will be available in the cost of Rs. 18.25 lakh.
The project is spread over the land of 22 acres in which the construction work of 492 houses is in under process. In this project, the GDA has allotted MIG housing units to the allottees at Rs. 28.59 lakh.
Once the authority finalize the complete work of the scheme, the GDA Gorakhpur will invite the applications for the same.
