After the three month survey DDA has revealed 5484 acre of land available for future developments and housing projects. DDA has collected all the data of this land which is available in Rohini Zone, East Zone from Zone-E and Zzone-F, Dwarka Zone, Zone-G West Delhi-01, Zone-F Delhi-01 and Zone-H Delhi-01. DDA could use this land for developing residential, commercial and industrial sectors in Delhi in coming years.
Delhi Development Authority will soon consider constructing housing units and commercial projects on the vacant land. The authority may tie up with private builders for constructing Hospitals, Bus Terminal, Shopping Centre, Health Care Centre and many upcoming projects.
